Tot Town is a local childcare center who takes pride in providing the best care for children. Their website did not evoke their pride and emotion. It needed an update with respect to design and content. We performed a discovery session to understand their audience, conducted a user journey and did a thorough audit of their old website to see what was not at par with their present position. Their new website needed an updated platform, a brand colour shown consistently throughout all pages, a content update, a detailed glimpse into a Tot Town day. The website also needed a more approachable and caring personality.
